1st unassisted workout

So guys, yesterday goes down in history! I did my own weights session in the gym by myself for the first time! 

However, self praise is no praise! I followed this strict training plan devised by my lovely PT:

Tuesdays: Back/ Triceps

  • Pulls-ups assisted 4×12
  • Dead lift 3×10
  • Seated row 3×10
  • Pull downs 3×10
  • Lat pull-downs 3×10
  • Chin ups assisted 3×10
Feeling achey and like I need to stretch out today, so running home from work should solve that problem :-p
