Yes, this is how I feel. Bring on the weekend! Could do with a power nap right now but looking forward to surprise night tonight. Its been a slow week workwise but great gymwise!!! I went hard, had 4 good sessions and hit a PB (deadlifting 40kg) so pleased with the progress and truly believe “performance = habit x drive” and my drive was 10x greater than last week (when i didnt feel so good).
