So its the festive season, with lots of parties and dinners to attend. Must keep training too though! Made a mental plan of what Im doing this week but would like to document it quickly:
Monday – Shoulders Tuesday – Swimming Wednesday – Back/ Biceps Thursday – Rest Friday – Abs Saturday – Legs Sunday – Run (7k moor park run)
I’ve also decided to take a much needed rest, training 6 days a week can definitely take its toll mentally and physically, which I know too well as I kinda hurt my knee yesterday. Over training can lead to injuries and we want to avoid these so taking a solid 5 day (21st-25th dec) rest to have fun, eat, drink and relax over the festive season. Hoping to come back with a vengeance and fully recovered.
